It combines four technologies — low-level laser therapy, bipolar radio frequency, endodermic vacuum massage, and Mesospheres therapeutic massage — to target skin firmness, cellulite, circulation, and body contour. It can be used on the body and face.

  • Unlike single-modality devices, the T-Shape 2 addresses multiple concerns simultaneously — working at different depths of skin and tissue. This means more comprehensive results without needing multiple separate treatments.

  • Most clients see progressive improvement over a series of 6–12 sessions, depending on their goals. We’ll create a personalized plan during your consultation. Results continue to develop after your final session as collagen remodeling takes place.

  • No. Treatments are non-invasive and require no recovery time. Some clients experience mild warmth or temporary redness in the treated area, which typically resolves within a few hours.

  • The T-Shape 2 is well-suited for adults looking to firm and tone skin, reduce the appearance of cellulite, improve body contour, or support recovery post-liposuction. It’s also popular with clients on GLP-1 medications who want to address skin laxity alongside weight loss. We recommend a consultation to confirm suitability.

  • Mesospheres is a deep therapeutic massage modality that supports the body’s lymphatic system — helping clear excess fluid, reduce puffiness, improve circulation, and promote an overall sense of lightness and wellness. It can be used as a standalone treatment or alongside body contouring sessions.

  • Yes — and many clients do. Lymphatic drainage complements body contouring by supporting the body’s natural processes during and after a treatment series. We’ll discuss the best approach for your goals at your consultation.

  • All appointments are booked online through our booking system. Select your treatment, choose a time, and you’re confirmed. If you have questions before booking, use our contact form and we’ll respond within 24 hours.

  • We’re inside Icon Spa in Summerlin, Las Vegas — at Flamingo & Hualapai. By appointment only; walk-ins are not available.

  • Yes. We offer multi-session packages for both body contouring and lymphatic drainage, as well as membership options for clients who want to make these treatments a regular part of their routine. Package details are reviewed during your consultation.
